Welcome to our FAQ section! Here you'll find answers to the most common questions about Funneland Marketing. If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to reach out to our support team.

  • Can I cancel at anytime?
    Yes! You can cancel anytime if you are not satisfied with our services. Although, we know you're gonna love us!
  • What happens if I cancel or go to a different agency?
    You can cancel at anytime and you will be able to move over your contacts, conversations, any items that you created from scratch yourself. All of the templates that come included with Funneland will be deleted off of your account if you wish to transfer as those are proprietary information of Funneland Marketing. This includes all funnels, websites, pipelines, workflows, email templates, forms and surveys. If you do wish to move over any of these items they must be altered more than 40% from the original templates inside of Funneland. We have a 2 week period for checking all of the items you have made changes to and if they meet the 40% changed criteria for transfer. You will need to inform us of the items that you have made significant changes to so we can examine them if you want to transfer your account.
  • Are there additional fees?
    The monthly subscription covers your access to the platform and allows for you to have unlimited users within it. The only other fee that are charged is for usage of SMS & Email. Funneland gives our Premium Members $25 in messaging credits each months which covers about 1,185 Calls, 18,555 Emails or 2,100 Texts. Unless you are running extremely large marketing campaigns that much is sufficient for most small businesses.
  • Do you offer support?
    YES! We provide you with help docs, video how to tutorials, step-by-step guides, interactive user guides, and even Live Chat tech support. If that's not enough, we also offer on-demand Zoom support. You will have all the help you need to be fully successful!
  • Do I get training?
    We want to make sure you are set up for success, so help you get set up and train you on how to use Funneland Marketing on a day to day basis. You'll be greeted with a hour long training session and technical set up call. You'll experience a white-glove onboarding experience to get you ready to grow your business.
  • Refunds & Returns Policy
    The reputation and the success of Funneland Marketing rests on making you happy with your purchase. At Funneland Marketing, we are committed to ensuring you're delighted with our Funneland services. Because creating and delivering Funneland involves significant time and effort, we have a firm policy against issuing refunds once a purchase is made, except where required by law. Please understand that payments cannot be partially refunded or pro-rated. When you choose to buy Funneland, you agree that all sales are final and refunds will not be available. Our refund policy is transparent and agreed upon before completing your purchase. We kindly ask that you refrain from threatening or initiating chargebacks through your credit card issuer or payment processor. In the event of a chargeback attempt, we may need to report the incident to credit reporting agencies and other relevant entities. This could potentially affect your credit score and result in your details being included in chargeback databases or labeled as delinquent accounts. Reports will include information such as your name, email address, order details, and billing address. If you are listed in a chargeback database and wish to clear your record, settling the outstanding chargeback amount is necessary to resolve the issue amicably.
